This was influenced by my bad mood – quite a volcanic image. Summer 2019
It is based on a seascape in Cornwall – Porthmeor Beach, St Ives being the initial inspiration.
Mixed media – acrylic paint and inks with mineral powders on A3 Yupo paper. Very textural.
Framed in green, with a green mount and non-reflective glass.
This piece is currently in the Green Hill Arts Winter Exhibition 2021.
